Having recently had a revamp Blogging Ads is looking like a more serious player in the paid review market. they have a system comparable to PayPerPost where the blogger chooses from a list of advertisers to review. Blogging Ads also pays out via PayPal.

Sponsored Reviews uses a system where advertisers can pick bloggers to write a review similar to how ReviewMe works. Bloggers are also able to approach advertisers and offer to write a review. Another nice feature is that payments are made via PayPal on a bi-weekly basis.
Smorty
The new kid on the blog Smorty matches advertisers with publishers and allows publishers to get paid for each approved review. Like all the other paid review brokers there are some minimum requirements for your blog and level of payment is based on several criteria including your blogs pagerank.
PayPerPost
PayPerPost works by providing a database of potential advertisers that you can promote on your blog. You can choose from a list of advertisers which are filtered so you are only shown advertisers that are available for your blog. Advertisiers can post review requirements including Google PageRank and Alexa ratings.
